Had a great time here. I really liked this place - it's pretty clean and has a modern vibe. The restaurant at the central lobby was a nice touch too.

The rooms here are bright and comfortable, the staff is fabulous, and the breakfast offers delicious food; additionally, it's conveniently located near an oceanarium and bistros.

This place offers rooms with refrigerators, a friendly staff, a seamless check-in process, and a cozy bar.

The staff was REALLY HELPFUL and excellent. Hypo-allergenic pillows and an extremely comfy bed. Early check-in and late check-out. Easy parking and a shuttle to nearby stores.

I greatly enjoyed its immaculate and nice rooms.

The building and rooms here are nice and come with a refrigerator, they offer a wide selection of delicious food at breakfast, the location is awesome with easy access to everything, and the check-in process is quick and the check-out is easy.

The location is unbeatable, the room is updated & big size. Location adjacent to the wineries, and riverhead attractions and the business centre and restaurants. Also, on food arrival time in restaurant.

Horrible staff!

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and absolutely great, offering the best 3-star experience compared to other options. It has a marvelous and perfect location, conveniently located around a 10-15 minute walk from Tanger Outlets Riverhead. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the room amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities are a plus. The bathroom features roll-in showers, adding to the comfort of the stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near the LIE, making it easily accessible. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed spending time there during our stay. Additionally, the staff members were friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service.

It would have been helpful to receive prior notice about the kitchen being closed on Tuesdays, as we were not able to enjoy a meal at the hotel on that day. We also felt that there should have been more lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the pool area for guests to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and is centrally located in Long Island. For shopping enthusiasts, the location to the outlet center is surely an added value, it is actually right next to it within walking distance, even if I would not recommend walking due to the missing infrastructure. The staff was friendly. The beds were very good. Free parking spaces were available in sufficient number. We did not consume breakfast, we went to the Starbucks in the outlet center, the dinner in the restaurant of the hotel was very good and the prices were also ok. In total, it was a very relaxing and quiet stay and we liked it very much.

To visit Long Island and/or the Hamptons, the location is a good starting point. But it is clear that one does not get far there without a car. The hotel is isolated from the place, that means that if one does not want to drive by car, one eats in the restaurant of the hotel.

We ate at a great restaurant from the central lobby and restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed the configuration of the luxurious bathroom and there were a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities. Overall the staff was very good. Also, location was great, not very far from Tanger Outlets Riverhead.

This place is stylish and cozy, and the staff is super friendly. Plus, it's in a convenient spot just 2 miles away from Splish Splash Water Park! 🌊
